FOOD ALLERGIES |
Food allergies could well be defined as the
triggered immune response caused by eating eggs, peanuts, milk or
some specific food substance. Generally our body immune system
protects against likely harmful substances like bacteria, viruses
and certain types of toxins. The cause of any types of food alergy
is not yet been ascertained as they exhibit a varieties of symptoms
varying from mild to fatal.
Peanut allergy is one of the most common food alergies. When peanut
is given to the young children who are unable to digest all the
elements of peanuts thoroughly, may result in the body to react
against those undigested substances.
Alergies to wheat and corn have been found progressively more both
in children and adults because of the extensive use of pesticides
and chemical fertilizers for growing these grains all over the
world. The people eating organics grains have shown to be lesser
affected with such allergic reactions.
Milk Alergies is generally baffled with the bigotry of lactose – the
inability of digesting the sugar lactose. The milk alergy is
developed in the body when the immune system incorrectly attempts to
fight-off the proteins found in the milk.
Fish alergies or Seafood allergy is often found in fish which is
hypersensitivity to dietary substances from fish of certain class
that affect the over response of immune systems that may conclude in
severe physical symptoms for many people.
Gluten Alergies is again one of the most common food allergies
noticed in the United States where wheat is the chief cereal in the
routine diets and hence pesticides usage is also much higher.
