FOOD ALLERGIES
Food allergies could well be defined as the triggered immune response caused by eating eggs, peanuts, milk or some specific food substance. Generally our body immune system protects against likely harmful substances like bacteria, viruses and certain types of toxins. The cause of any types of food alergy is not yet been ascertained as they exhibit a varieties of symptoms varying from mild to fatal.

Peanut allergy is one of the most common food alergies. When peanut is given to the young children who are unable to digest all the elements of peanuts thoroughly, may result in the body to react against those undigested substances.

Alergies to wheat and corn have been found progressively more both in children and adults because of the extensive use of pesticides and chemical fertilizers for growing these grains all over the world. The people eating organics grains have shown to be lesser affected with such allergic reactions.

Milk Alergies is generally baffled with the bigotry of lactose – the inability of digesting the sugar lactose. The milk alergy is developed in the body when the immune system incorrectly attempts to fight-off the proteins found in the milk.

Fish alergies or Seafood allergy is often found in fish which is hypersensitivity to dietary substances from fish of certain class that affect the over response of immune systems that may conclude in severe physical symptoms for many people.

Gluten Alergies is again one of the most common food allergies noticed in the United States where wheat is the chief cereal in the routine diets and hence pesticides usage is also much higher.
