COMMON ALLERGIES |
Though there are several most common alergic
reactions that are known to almost all of us, yet there are some
rare alergies too. It is rather impossible to identify one
particular substance that causes allergic reactions. However,
consistent try may get you some clear direction to proceed avoiding
probable allergens. Anyway, the common most allergens known by the
world are: mold, soy, sunlight, dust mite, animal dander, pollen,
carpet mites and foods.
Mold or mold spores are usually present in the atmosphere through
out the year irrespective of environment. Molds are found to be
flourishing in the warm or damp – humid climatic conditions. These
may enter the human bodies through inhalation via upper respiratory
tract directly to the lungs where they settle down.
Another most common food allergy is known as Soy alergies. Soy
allergy is the hypersensitivity to dietary substances from soy
developing the over response to the immune system that may end in
severe physical symptoms.
Direct exposure to sunlight or sunrays even for as little as 15
minutes may harm the body in many ways including allergic reactions.
Sun allergic reactions are found to last even up to 7 days in some
cases. Usually the PLE-Polymorphous Light Eruption resolves without
any specific treatments and normally leaves no scar also. Sun
alergies are more common during spring and autumn especially in the
northern hemisphere.
Dust mite alergies are the response because of the excessive
sensitivity to the protein in the discharge of dust mites that
hampers the respiratory tract by developing hay fevers and asthma
problems.
